I made this because:
1) I can't find any really good SAI tutorials out there that can explain more than what I can explain lol. (or am I not trying hard enough.)
2) People wanted it?

Btw this is a tutorial on an older version of SAI so it may look quite different than the newest versions that are out. Haha
